Waterfall Gardens, a 132-unit freehold condominium development located at Farrer Road obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in May 2010. It comprises three 12-storey blocks.
Hillcrest Villa, a 163-unit 99-year leasehold (with effect from 3/8/2006) cluster terrace development at Hillcrest Road obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in September 2009.
Tierra Vue, a 129-unit freehold condominium development located at St. Patrick's Road obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in June 2009. It comprises four 5-storey blocks.
The Fernhill, a 5-storey freehold apartment development with 25 units located at Fernhill Road obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in March 2009. 
The Esta, a 400-unit freehold condominium development located at Amber Gardens Road obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in November 2008. It comprises five 21-storey blocks. 
Mera Springs, a 129-unit freehold condominium development located at Carlisle Road obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in September 2008. It comprises two 20/21-storey blocks.
The Grange, a 95-unit freehold condominium development at Grange Garden obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in March 2008. The development comprises 2 19/23-storey blocks and is jointly developed by MCL Land & the Wing Tai Group.
The Calrose
The Calrose, a 5-storey 421-unit freehold condominium development located at Yio Chu Kang Road obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in December 2007.
Mera East, a 5-storey 56-unit freehold development (comprising 52 apartments and 4 shops units) located at Changi Road obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in Auguts 2007. 
The Metz, a 27-storey freehold condominium development comprising 169 apartments is located at Devonshire Road, in Prime District 9. It obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in April 2007. 
MeraPrime, a 99-year leasehold (with effect from 20/6/2003) condominium development at Jalan Bukit Ho Swee obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in November 2006. It comprises a 36-storey tower block with 213 apartments. 
The Yardley, a 12-storey 55-unit freehold apartment development at Upper Serangoon Road obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in October 2005. 
The Warren, a 699-unit 99-year leasehold (with effect from 21/6/2001) condominium development at Choa Chu Kang Loop obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in October 2004. The development comprises 11 13/15-storey blocks.
Rio Vista, a 716-unit 99-year leasehold (with effect from 2/1/2001) condominium development at Upper Serangoon View obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in July 2004. The development comprises 11 15/17-storey blocks and is jointly developed by MCL Land & the Ho Bee Group.
Robertson 100, a 10-storey 186-unit freehold apartment development at Robertson Quay obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in January 2004. 
Forest Hills, a 128-unit 99-year leasehold (with effect from 10/2/2000) condominium development at Transit Road obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in August 2003. It comprises three 5-storey blocks.
Sims Residences, a 112-unit 99-year leasehold (with effect from 11/8/1997) apartment development at Lorong 39 Geylang obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in March 2002. It comprises two 8-storey blocks.
The Sunnydale, a 70-unit 99-year leasehold (with effect from 6/12/1997) condominium development at Serangoon Avenue 3 obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in August 2001. This development comprises two 4-storey blocks.
Balmoral Residences, a 65-unit freehold condominium development at Balmoral Crescent obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in April 2001. It comprises two 12-storey blocks.
The Springbloom, a 372-unit 99-year leasehold (with effect from 1/3/1995) condominium development at Serangoon Avenue 3 obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in January 2001. It comprises three 17-storey blocks.
Seletar Springs, a 362-unit 99-year leasehold (with effect from 12/8/1997) condominium development at Gerald Drive obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in September 2000. This development comprises six 4-storey blocks.
Scotts 28, a 136-unit freehold condominium development at Scotts Road, obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in December 1998. This 30-storey development is jointly developed by MCL Land & the HPL Group.
Mera Gardens, a 99-year leasehold (with effect from 1/5/1994) landed development at Cashew/Petir Road obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in September 1998. This development comprises 47 2-storey bungalows, 2 3-storey semi-detached houses and 74 3-storey terrace houses.
Seven Oaks, a 7-unit freehold bungalow development at Holland Road/Garlick Avenue, obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in March 1998.
Mera Terrace, a landed development comprising 124 3-storey terrace houses, is located at Upper Changi Road East. It obtained its Certificate of Statutory Completion in October 1996.
