The site is located within the township of Wangsa Maju, just 8km northeast of Kuala Lumpur City Centre (‘KLCC’) and a stone throw away from MCL Land’s Wangsa Walk Mall. Wangsa Maju is one of the largest townships in Kuala Lumpur and has benefited from road and infrastructure improvements in recent years, the area has transformed from an underdeveloped to a mature upper middle class neighbourhood.
The site is well-connected to other neighbourhoods, including Kuala Lumpur Financial District, via highways and major roads such as Karak, DUKE, MRR2, AKLEH, the upcoming SPE (DUKE 3) and SUKE. It is also within walking distance to Sri Rampai LRT Station via a covered link bridge (6 stops to KLCC), the project slated to launch in late 2022.
